When you request the CrossFit Gym Growth Playbook, we collect your first name and email address so we can deliver the book and send the related emails described beside the form.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing email. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honor your request and avoid sending marketing emails to that address again.
