Information you provide

We may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, gym or business name, website, appointment details, form responses, and any information you include in a message to us. When you request the CrossFit Gym Growth Playbook, we collect your first name and email address so we can deliver the book and send the related emails described beside the form. When you apply for the Gym Recon private beta, we collect your first name, gym name, work email, current gym software if provided, application source, and campaign attribution details so we can review and respond to your application.

Approved Gym Recon testers may choose to connect or provide additional business records during a separate onboarding process. Before requesting operational gym records, we will confirm the approved connection method, access boundaries, records used, retention approach, and deletion process. Do not submit member records or other sensitive gym data through a public website form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, general location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, campaign parameters, and dates and times of activity. This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.

How We Use Information

Email Communications

When you submit the playbook form, you ask us to email you access to the book and agree that we may send related marketing emails about gym growth, Enoch Marketing resources, and our services. Every marketing email identifies Enoch Marketing as the sender and includes a way to unsubscribe.

When you apply for the Gym Recon private beta, we may email you about your application, fit review, onboarding, security, service access, and support. We may also send Gym Recon product updates as explained beside the application form. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without stopping essential application, security, or service communications.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing email. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honor your request and avoid sending marketing emails to that address again.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic, measure conversions, and improve advertising. Embedded services such as YouTube and scheduling tools such as Cal.com may also receive information when you interact with their content.

These providers may use cookies and similar technologies under their own privacy policies. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy controls offered by Google, Meta, and other providers. Browser-based Do Not Track signals are not governed by one uniform standard, so our website does not currently respond to every Do Not Track signal.

These providers include MailerLite, Google, Meta, YouTube, Cal.com, Formspree, Vercel, and our other website hosting or infrastructure providers.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered targeted advertising or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided to us, or ask questions about our privacy practices, by emailing rafael@enochmarketing.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in each message. You can also manage cookies through your browser and use provider-specific privacy controls. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Children and Third-Party Links

Our website and services are intended for business owners and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
