Book your free strategy callFree 30-minute call. A real conversation about your gym, your market, and your priorities.
You did not open a gym to become a full-time marketer.
You opened it because you believe in what the training does to people. The community, the coaching relationship, and the economics of a CrossFit box are different from a generic local business.
That difference should shape the marketing. Enoch was built to help gym owners connect paid media, local search, social content, web, lead generation, and brand under one strategy, so the owner is not forced to coordinate a patchwork of disconnected vendors.
Our work is organized around the outcome that matters to a gym owner: creating a clearer path from local attention to real member conversations.
Technology helps us research and analyze faster. Experienced people decide what the data means, what fits your market, and what is worth putting in front of your community.

Human strategists shape the positioning, offer, voice, creative direction, and decisions. Your gym should sound like your gym, not like a template produced for every local business.
Paid ads, search, content, web, lead capture, and brand support one growth plan. That makes it easier to see what is working and where the member journey needs attention.
We organize the work by what the prospective member needs to do next, not by disconnected marketing deliverables.

Paid advertising // Social content // Positioning
Web design // Lead generation // Email and SMS follow-up
Pipeline visibility // Reporting // Strategy
Collin is a United States Air Force Academy graduate, Air Force veteran, USC MBA graduate, CrossFit Level 1 coach, and NASM-certified personal trainer. He has spent nearly a decade in CrossFit as an athlete, coach, and marketing professional.
Before founding Enoch, Collin managed complex, high-stakes programs in the military. He brought the same operating discipline to gym marketing: define the objective, understand the environment, coordinate the team, and make every decision accountable to the mission.
The call is where we understand your goals, the system you have now, and whether Enoch is the right team to help.
Tell us what you want to change, whether that is member acquisition, local visibility, follow-up, positioning, or a more coordinated system.
We will talk through what you are doing now, what feels unclear, and where the biggest source of friction may be.
If Enoch looks like a fit, we can explain what working together would involve. If it does not, the conversation still stays focused on your priorities.
The right marketing partnership should make sense before money changes hands. Here is how the call, fit, scope, investment, and working relationship actually function.
We start with the result you want, look at your current marketing system at a high level, and identify where visibility, lead generation, or follow-up may be breaking down. If there is a fit, we explain the relevant service options and next steps. The call lasts 30 minutes, requires no payment, and does not require a formal presentation.
It is designed for gym owners, operators, and decision-makers who want to improve member acquisition, local visibility, lead follow-up, or the coordination of their marketing. It can support a single box or a multi-location organization. The best fit is an owner who wants a clear growth system and is prepared to act on the priorities we identify together.
CrossFit is our deepest specialization because we understand the coaching model, community, local competition, trial experience, and economics of a box. We also work with independent membership-based gyms whose growth depends on local discovery, a strong intro experience, and consistent retention.
Depending on the agreed scope, Enoch can coordinate paid advertising, Google Business Profile and local search, social media and short-form content, review growth, website and landing-page conversion, lead capture, email and SMS follow-up, reporting, and strategy. We recommend the smallest coordinated scope that can realistically address the bottleneck, not a list of disconnected services.
No. If you already run ads, we look at the offer, account structure, tracking, creative, and follow-up process before recommending changes. If you are not running ads, we determine whether paid traffic is the right next step and which channel fits the goal. Your ad accounts remain yours. Current package-specific ad-spend terms are published on our pricing page.
Our managed monthly packages currently start at $1,000 per month. Higher tiers combine more channels, content, follow-up, and included ad spend. We publish the current prices and inclusions on our pricing page so you can review them before the call. We recommend scope based on the goal and operating reality of the gym, not simply the largest package.
No. Enoch's managed packages are month-to-month, with no long-term lock-in. The exact scope, responsibilities, payment terms, and any offer-specific conditions are documented before work begins so both sides know what has been agreed.
There is no responsible universal timeline because results depend on your market, offer, reputation, budget, existing data, sales follow-up, and available membership capacity. We establish the launch plan and success measures during onboarding, then monitor leading indicators such as qualified traffic, lead quality, response speed, booked conversations, and member acquisition. We will tell you what the data supports, including when the strategy needs to change.
Not automatically. We first identify what is already working, what is creating friction, and who should own each part of the member journey. We can work with an existing team and tools when that is the right operational choice. If something is limiting performance, we explain why we recommend changing it before anything is replaced.
We need timely access to the relevant accounts and assets, clarity about your offer and membership capacity, honest feedback, reasonable approval speed, and consistent follow-up from the people responsible for speaking with leads. Marketing can create attention and opportunities. The gym still has to contact prospects, sell the right membership, and deliver an experience worth staying for.
We confirm the recommended scope and price, document responsibilities, and schedule onboarding. Onboarding covers your goals, brand voice, target members, current numbers, access requirements, and launch priorities. Nothing starts until the scope is clear and you have chosen to move forward.
We will look at your goals, current marketing, and biggest growth bottleneck, then identify the clearest next step.
